24/7 Website Monitoring

Checks that exercise the things that actually earn money — checkout, login, forms — not just whether the home page returns a 200.

All Web Services

Overview

A home page returning 200 tells you almost nothing.

Most monitoring pings the front page and calls it uptime. Meanwhile checkout has been failing at the payment step for six hours, the contact form has been silently discarding submissions since a plugin update, and the site is technically up the entire time. The monitor is green and the business is losing money.

We monitor the paths that matter by walking through them — adding to a cart and reaching payment, submitting a form and confirming it arrives, logging in and loading a real page. Alongside that we watch the things that take sites down on a schedule you can predict and therefore prevent: certificates, domains, and DNS all expire, and all of them do it quietly.

Capabilities

What's included

  • Uptime monitoringContinuous checks from multiple regions, so a single vantage point cannot cause a false alarm.
  • Transaction monitoringScripted walks through checkout, login, and forms — confirming the journey, not the status code.
  • SSL, domain & DNS expiryCertificate and registration expiry watched and escalated well before the deadline.
  • Performance & Core Web VitalsTracked over time so gradual degradation is visible before it affects rankings.
  • Malware & defacement detectionContent and file integrity watched for unexpected change.
  • Alert routingAlerts go to a named person by the channel they will actually see, with escalation if unanswered.

How We Work

Our approach

  1. 01

    Identify what matters

Which journeys earn money or carry risk. Those become the monitored paths.

  2. 02

    Script the checks

Real transactions against a test account, not just requests for the home page.

  3. 03

    Tune the noise

Thresholds set so alerts mean something — an alert nobody trusts is worse than none.

  4. 04

    Respond

On a maintenance plan, we act on the alert. Otherwise it reaches you with the evidence attached.

Common Questions

Questions we get asked

How is this different from a free uptime checker?

A free checker tells you the server answered. It will not tell you that checkout fails at the payment step, that your form stopped delivering email, or that your certificate expires on Saturday.

Do you fix what the monitoring finds?

On a maintenance plan, yes — detection and response belong together. Standalone monitoring alerts you with the evidence and you decide who acts.

Will we get woken up by false alarms?

That is what tuning is for. Checks are confirmed from more than one region before alerting, and thresholds are set so an alert always means something worth reading.
