Email Marketing & Campaign Management
Newsletters, campaigns and automated sequences that reach the inbox and get read — on Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant Contact or whatever you already pay for.
Overview
The list you already have is the cheapest audience you will ever reach — if the mail arrives.
Every business has a list: customers, past enquiries, people who downloaded something once. Most of it is never written to, and when it is, a surprising share never arrives because the sending domain was never authenticated and the mailbox providers treat it as suspect. Fixing that is technical, unglamorous and the single highest-return thing in email marketing, so it is where we start.
Once the mail reaches inboxes, the work is editorial and structural: a newsletter people are glad to receive, campaigns tied to what the business is actually offering, and the automated sequences that do the quiet work — a welcome series, a follow-up after an enquiry, a nudge to customers who have gone quiet. Each send is approved by you, measured, and adjusted.
We work in whatever platform you have or help you choose one that fits. The list and the account stay yours and can be exported any time; we never move your contacts into something we control.

How We Work
Our approach
- 01
Audit
The platform, the list, the authentication records and what past sends achieved.
- 02
Fix delivery
Authentication, list cleaning and sending setup, checked against the major mailbox providers.
- 03
Build sequences
The automations that run on their own, then the first newsletter and campaign templates.
- 04
Send, test, report
Approved sends on the agreed cadence, with a monthly report on what people opened, clicked and replied to.
What You Get

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked before the first campaign.
Nothing goes to your customers that you have not seen.
To Get Started
What we need from you
- Admin access to your email platform, or a decision on which one to set up.
- Access to your domain's DNS, or an introduction to whoever manages it — our managed IT team if that is us.
- Where your contacts come from and how they agreed to hear from you.
- What you want people to do when they read: book, buy, call, reply.
Common Questions
Questions we get asked
Which email platform should we use?
Usually the one you already have, unless it is the problem. Mailchimp suits most small lists, Klaviyo fits online stores, HubSpot makes sense when email is tied to a sales pipeline, and there are good cheaper options for simple newsletters. We recommend based on your list size, what you sell and what the platform must connect to.
Why do our emails go to spam?
Most often because the domain is not authenticated — the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that tell mailbox providers the mail is genuinely from you are missing or wrong — or because the list contains old addresses that bounce and drag the sender reputation down. Both are fixable, and we check both before sending anything on your behalf.
How often should we email our list?
As often as you have something worth saying and no more. For most small businesses that is a monthly newsletter plus campaigns tied to real offers or news, with the automated sequences doing the rest. Sending more to look active costs you subscribers; we set the cadence with you and watch the unsubscribe rate.
Can you write the emails for us?
Yes. Writing and design are part of the service, drawn from what the business is doing and from your existing material. You review and approve every send before it goes out, and we keep a voice guide so the emails sound like you rather than like an agency.
What about anti-spam law?
Commercial email in the US must identify the sender, include a physical address and honor unsubscribes promptly, and the platforms we use handle most of that automatically. We also respect consent — people who never agreed to hear from you do not get added to a marketing list — because it is the law and because it protects your sender reputation.
Can you move us from one platform to another?
Yes. We export lists with their consent and engagement history, rebuild templates and automations on the new platform, set up authentication for the new sending setup and run both in parallel briefly so nothing is lost in the switch. Migrations are scoped as a project, then the monthly service continues.
