Overview

SEO is not a trick. It is making the site worth ranking, and making sure Google can tell.

Most of the SEO sold to small businesses is a monthly invoice for a report nobody reads. The work that actually moves a site is unglamorous: making sure every page can be crawled and indexed, that it loads quickly on a phone, that the pages say in plain words what the business does and where, and that there is an answer on the site for the questions a buyer types before they are ready to call.

We start with a manual review, not a tool export, because tools flag three hundred things and a person can tell you the five that matter. Then we fix the foundations, agree the pages and articles worth writing, publish them with proper structure and internal links, and report monthly on what changed in Search Console and Analytics — in sentences, not screenshots.

We will not promise you a position. Nobody can, and anyone who does is pricing in your not checking. What we commit to is the work, done properly, with the accounts and the content in your name so you are never locked to us.

Capabilities

What's included

  • Technical SEO audit and fixesIndexing, crawl errors, redirects, speed, mobile rendering, structured data — found by hand, fixed by our developers.
  • Keyword and intent researchWhat your buyers type at each stage, and which of those searches your business can realistically win.
  • On-page optimizationTitles, descriptions, headings and copy rewritten so each page targets one job and reads like a person wrote it.
  • Content planning and writingService pages and articles that answer real questions, written by people and checked by you.
  • Internal linking and site structureSo the pages that matter get the authority and Google understands how the site fits together.
  • Monthly reportingSearch Console and GA4, explained: what moved, why we think so, what is next.

How We Work

Our approach

  1. 01

    Review

A manual look at the site, the competitors and the search data, returned as a short written list of what to fix first.

  2. 02

    Fix the foundations

Technical issues and the existing pages, so new content lands on a site that can rank.

  3. 03

    Publish

The agreed pages and articles, on a schedule you approve, with structure and links done properly.

  4. 04

    Measure and adjust

Monthly: what changed, what we learned, what the next month looks like.

To Get Started

What we need from you

  • Owner or admin access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, or permission to set them up.
  • Access to the website's CMS, or a developer who can make changes for you.
  • A short description of who your best customers are and what they search for, in your words.
  • Anything a previous SEO provider left behind — reports, keyword lists, past audits.

Common Questions

Questions we get asked

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes can change how a site is indexed within a few weeks, but meaningful movement in traffic for competitive searches usually takes several months of consistent work, and longer for a new domain. We say this on the first call because a client who expects results in thirty days will be disappointed on day thirty-one no matter how good the work is.

How much do SEO services cost?

It depends on how much needs fixing and how much content needs writing, so we price it after the free review rather than from a menu. Engagements are a flat monthly fee for an agreed scope, month to month. If the review shows that SEO is not where your money should go first, we will tell you that instead.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Google does not sell positions and nobody outside Google controls them. What we guarantee is the work: the audit, the fixes, the content and the reporting, done on the schedule we agree. The results follow from that over time, and you can see them in your own Search Console.

Do we need new content, or can you work with what we have?

Usually some of each. Existing pages often need restructuring and rewriting more than replacing, and that is where we start. New articles come in where a buyer's question has no answer on your site. The review tells you which is which before you commit to anything.

Can you work alongside our existing web developer or agency?

Yes. We send technical fixes as a clear, prioritized list with the reasoning, and your developer implements them if you prefer, or our team does. The only thing we need is that someone can actually make the changes; an audit nobody acts on is the most common way SEO money gets wasted.
