Organic Social Media Management
Unpaid social done with a purpose: the two or three channels your customers use, a calendar that reflects what the business actually does, and replies that do not sit for a week.
Overview
Posting every day on six platforms is not a strategy. It is a treadmill.
Organic social works for a small business when it does two modest things well: it shows people who already know you that the business is alive, competent and run by humans, and it gives a prospect who is checking you out something recent and real to find. It does not need to go viral, and chasing that is how businesses end up posting stock-photo quotes nobody engages with.
We pick the channels by looking at where your customers actually are, which is rarely all of them. Then we build a monthly calendar from what the business is doing — the jobs, the people, the questions customers ask — write and design the posts, publish them, and keep an eye on the comments and messages so nothing sits unanswered. You see and approve each month's calendar before any of it goes out.
Reviews and reputation sit next to this work: a reply to a Google review is social media management too, and we handle it in the same routine. If you want paid social as well, that is run through our advertising service with the same team.

How We Work
Our approach
- 01
Audit and choose channels
Where your customers are, what competitors do, and what your existing profiles say about you.
- 02
Calendar
The first month planned from real business activity, with the voice and visual style agreed.
- 03
Publish and respond
Posts go out as scheduled; comments and messages are monitored and answered.
- 04
Review monthly
A short report and a conversation about the next month, so the calendar stays tied to the business.
What You Get

To Get Started
What we need from you
- Editor or manager access to each account, which you grant from your own login.
- Photos, news and happenings from the business each month — a shared folder is enough.
- Notes on voice: what you would and would not say.
- One person who can approve the calendar within a few days each month.
Common Questions
Questions we get asked
Which platforms should we be on?
The ones your customers use, which for most local and business-to-business companies means two or three at most — often Google Business Profile posts, Facebook or Instagram for consumer-facing businesses, and LinkedIn for anyone selling to other companies. The audit looks at where your customers and competitors actually are before we recommend anything.
How often will you post?
Enough to look active and no more. A few good posts a week that reflect real work beat a daily stream of filler, and the cadence is set to what the business can feed with genuine material. The calendar you approve each month sets the number, and it can change as the business does.
Do we need to make videos?
Short video gets more reach on most platforms right now, but it does not need to be produced. A phone clip of a job in progress or a thirty-second answer to a common question, edited and captioned by us, does the work. We will tell you what to capture and make it presentable.
Will you reply to people as if you were us?
We reply as the business, in the voice we agree, for routine comments and messages — thanks, directions, hours, simple questions. Anything that needs a real answer about pricing, a complaint or a job goes to you the same day with a suggested reply. Nothing sensitive is answered on your behalf without you seeing it.
Can you run LinkedIn for a company that sells to other businesses?
Yes, and for many of our clients it is the only channel that matters. The approach is different: company page posts plus content from the people in the business, because individuals reach further on LinkedIn than logos do. We plan both and make it easy for your team to post what we draft.
Fewer channels,
run properly.
Tell us what you sell, who buys it and what you have tried. We respond within one business day with what we would do first and what it costs.
