Overview
A general model does not know your pricing, your contracts, or your policies — so asked about them, it will invent something fluent and wrong. We build retrieval-first systems that answer from your own material, cite the passage they used, and say so when the answer is not there.
Every build is scoped in three funded phases with a real decision point between each: discovery, a measured pilot, then production only if the pilot cleared a threshold you set. Most AI projects that stall did so because nobody agreed what "good enough to ship" meant. We agree it before writing code.
