PPC & Paid Advertising Management
Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns run by people who also build the landing pages and the tracking — so the budget buys leads you can count, not clicks you cannot explain.
Overview
Ads are the fastest way to find out whether a page converts. They are also the fastest way to waste money.
Paid search and paid social work when three things are true at once: the ad reaches the right person, the page they land on does its job, and the result is counted so you can tell the two apart. Most campaigns we inherit have one of the three. Keywords are broad, the landing page is the homepage, and the conversion event fires on every page load — so the account has been optimizing for the wrong thing for a year.
We fix the order. Tracking goes in first and is tested before a dollar is spent. The landing page is built or rebuilt by our own developers, so it can be changed the day the data says to. Then campaigns launch small, structured so the numbers mean something, and grow where the cost per lead justifies it. You get a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of spend, so we have no reason to recommend a bigger budget than the business needs.
The accounts, the audiences, the billing and the history stay in your name. If we ever part ways, everything we built keeps running without us.

How We Work
Our approach
- 01
Tracking first
Conversion events defined, implemented and tested end to end. Nothing launches until a test lead shows up in the reports.
- 02
Build
Campaign structure, keywords and audiences, ad variants, and a landing page that matches the promise.
- 03
Launch small
A controlled budget for the first weeks so the data is clean before scale.
- 04
Optimize and report
Monthly changes with reasons, and a report that says what a lead cost and what we are doing about it.
What You Get
Commitments
A fee that does not grow when your spend does.
Billing, history and audiences stay in accounts you own.
No campaign goes live without a working conversion event.
To Get Started
What we need from you
- Access to existing ad accounts, or permission to create new ones under your business.
- A realistic monthly budget range, even a rough one.
- The offer and who it is for, in plain words — we will sharpen it with you.
- A page that can receive traffic, or the go-ahead to build one.
Common Questions
Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum ad budget?
There is no fixed minimum, but there is a point below which ads cannot produce enough data to improve. If the realistic budget is a few hundred dollars a month, we will usually say so on the first call and suggest local SEO or the website first. When ads are the right move, we start small deliberately and scale on evidence.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The management fee is a flat monthly amount agreed for the scope — platforms, campaigns, landing pages, reporting. A percentage fee rewards the agency for spending more of your money, and we would rather the recommendation to raise a budget come only from the cost-per-lead numbers.
Should we use Google Ads or Meta ads?
It depends on whether people are already searching for what you sell. If they are, Google captures that demand directly. If the buyer does not know your category exists yet, or the purchase is driven by seeing the thing, Meta or LinkedIn can reach them first. Many businesses need one and not the other, and the research step tells you which.
How quickly will we see leads?
Search campaigns can produce enquiries within the first days of launch if the offer and page are right. Getting the cost per lead down to something sustainable takes a few months of data and adjustment, and that is the part the monthly fee pays for. We report every month so you see the trend rather than wait for a verdict.
Will we own the ad accounts?
Yes, always. We either work inside accounts you already own or create new ones under your business and your billing, then add ourselves as managers. Agencies that run ads from their own accounts hold your history and your audiences hostage; we will not do that to you.
What happens if the campaigns do not work?
We will tell you, with the numbers, and recommend stopping or changing course rather than spending another month to protect the engagement. Sometimes the answer is a different channel, sometimes the page, sometimes the offer itself. The month-to-month arrangement exists so that recommendation costs you nothing to act on.
