Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Management
Tenant administration, identity and MFA, licensing, SharePoint and Teams — run by people who do it every day, so your cloud suite is secure, tidy and not paying for seats nobody uses.
Overview
The suite is only as secure and useful as the way it was set up — and most were set up in an afternoon.
Most Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants were created by whoever was available the week the business signed up, with the defaults of that year. Years later the same tenant has a global admin account nobody remembers, MFA that is recommended rather than required, a dozen licenses assigned to people who have left, SharePoint permissions nobody can explain and a Teams structure that grew like a hedge. It works, mostly, until an account is phished.
We administer the tenant as a managed service: a security baseline applied and kept current — MFA for everyone, conditional access, no legacy authentication, alerting on risky sign-ins — identity and licensing kept tidy as people join and leave, SharePoint and Teams structured so people can find things and permissions make sense, and devices joined through Intune or Google endpoint management so the cloud suite and the hardware are governed together.
The tenant stays yours. We work through named admin accounts with logged changes, and license reviews each quarter usually pay for a good part of the service by themselves.

How It Works
Delivered on our platform
Your tenant stays yours; we administer it with named admin accounts, logged changes and a security baseline applied at the start. Devices are managed through Intune or Google endpoint management alongside NinjaOne, our enterprise management platform, so the cloud suite and the hardware are governed together.

Common Questions
Questions we get asked
Do you need to be the Global Admin of our tenant?
We need an administrative role to do the work, assigned to named accounts for our technicians rather than a shared login, with multi-factor authentication and change logging on. You keep your own owner-level access and can revoke ours at any time. We also make sure there is a documented break-glass account you control.
What is a security baseline?
A set of tenant settings that closes the common holes: multi-factor authentication required for every user, conditional access that blocks sign-ins from places and devices that make no sense, legacy authentication protocols disabled, external sharing set deliberately, and alerts on risky activity. Most tenants we inherit have none of these enforced.
How do you handle licenses?
We assign the plan each role needs rather than the most expensive one across the board, reclaim seats when people leave, and review the whole picture quarterly before renewal. Businesses that have never had this done usually find seats assigned to former staff and plans that include features nobody uses.
Can you manage Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?
Yes. The principles are identical — identity, multi-factor authentication, sharing settings, device management, licenses — and plenty of businesses run one or the other. If you are considering moving between them, our email migration service is run by the same engineers.
Does this include managing our laptops and phones?
Devices are enrolled in Intune or Google endpoint management so they must meet a standard before they can reach company data, and can be locked or wiped if lost. Day-to-day monitoring, patching and support of those devices is our managed IT program; the two are designed to run together.
