Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why, and what happens to it.

Last updated August 27, 2026

Atlas Business Management (“Atlas”, “we”) operates atlasbm.net. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only — client engagements are governed by the agreement in place for that work.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways.

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or request a quote, we collect the name and email address you provide, and — where you choose to fill them in — your company, phone number, area of interest or service, and the message you write. Name and email are required; the rest are optional.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information about page requests, such as the page visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, and device and browser type. We use a privacy-focused analytics product that does not use cookies to track individuals across sites and does not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertising networks.

  • To respond to your enquiry or prepare a quote.
  • To contact you about the request you submitted.
  • To understand which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the site.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
  • Resend — delivery of the email generated when you submit a form.
  • Supabase — database hosting for the blog. It stores published articles, not visitor submissions.

Form submissions arrive as an email to our own inbox and are retained there in the ordinary course of business correspondence. We do not store website form submissions in a separate database.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the relationship, and then deleted in line with our ordinary business record-keeping. Analytics data is retained in aggregate by our provider and is not linked to you as an individual.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@atlasbm.net and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; tell us what you are asking for and we will deal with it.

You are never required to use the contact form. You can email or call us directly instead.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting provider to operate the site securely.

Children

This site is intended for business and government audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems behind it is restricted and authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information — medical, financial account, or government identification details — through the website forms.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
