Reporting

Reporting & Analytics

Clear, regular proof that your technology is healthy and secure — in plain language, not a wall of raw data.

All Managed IT

Overview

Know your IT is working — with the receipts.

It's hard to value IT you can't see. Reporting & Analytics turns the activity behind the scenes into clear, regular reports: what's healthy, what's been patched, where your security posture stands, and how your hardware is aging.

Quarterly business reviews put it in context with a vCIO, so technology decisions line up with where your business is headed — not just what broke last month.

NinjaOne

Why Atlas

Secure. Reliable. Responsive.

Flat monthly fee

Predictable per-device pricing. No surprise invoices and no hourly meter running while your team waits for help.

Proactive, not reactive

Monitoring, patching, and automation run around the clock — so most issues are resolved before your staff ever notice them.

Responsive & accountable

One team that knows your environment and answers fast. You reach a real technician, not a ticket queue in another time zone.

Month-to-month

We earn your business every month. No multi-year lock-in — you stay because the service works, not because a contract traps you.

Common Questions

Questions we get asked

What is in the monthly report?

A plain-language summary of what happened and where you stand: device health across the fleet, what was patched and what is still missing, your security posture, and how your hardware is aging along with its warranty status. It is written for the owner or office manager, not for a technician, and it comes from live data in our enterprise management platform rather than a snapshot assembled by hand.

What is a quarterly business review, and do we have to attend?

It is a meeting each quarter with a vCIO, a technology advisor, that puts the reports in context: what the data says about risk, which hardware will need replacing, and how technology decisions line up with where the business is headed. You can skip it, but it is where most of the planning value sits. It is the point at which IT stops being a list of things that broke and starts being a budget and a roadmap.

Can we get reports for our insurer, auditor, or board?

Yes. The security posture report shows patch compliance and security standing, the asset report shows what you own and its warranty status, and the executive summary gives leadership the whole picture in minutes. These are the documents a cyber insurance questionnaire or a compliance review typically asks for. We help you meet those requirements with evidence from your actual environment; we are not an auditor or a certifying body.

Is reporting included, or a separate line item?

It is included in the flat monthly fee per device, month to month; reporting is how you see what the fee buys. The monthly reports and the quarterly business reviews are both part of the service. If you need a report for a specific purpose, say a board presentation or a grant application, ask. It comes from the same live data, and we will tell you if it needs anything beyond the standard set.
