Service tiers
- Standard — business-hours response, 4-hour P1 acknowledgement, monthly reporting. Suitable for non-mission, non-PII workloads.
- Mission — 24/7 response, 15-minute P1 acknowledgement, weekly reporting, on-call escalation tree. Suitable for production workloads with citizen impact.
- Mission+ — 24/7 response, 5-minute P1 acknowledgement, dedicated NOC integration, quarterly tabletop exercises. Suitable for FedRAMP High and CJI workloads.
Onboarding
A typical onboarding runs 4–8 weeks, scoped to the size and number of workloads. Wave 1 is discovery and instrumentation; Wave 2 is runbook authoring and on-call rotation joining; Wave 3 is full operational handover.
Sourcing
Managed cloud is procured through whichever contract vehicle is appropriate for your agency — GSA MAS for most federal buyers, cooperative for SLED, or a dedicated BPA/IDIQ where ongoing scope is large.
All cloud consumption can be on the same consolidated quote as the managed-service labor.
